A property thoroughly cleaned throughout ready for your arrival.
Heating via electric radiators & wood burning stove.
The property is double glazed and kept fresh & airy with whole house ventilation, insulated within the thick stone walls of a former grain storage barn c.1800. The duplex apartment provides a cosy winter stay and a cool environment during hot summer months.
* During December, January and February the nightly rate applies for all stays to contribute to heating including electric radiators and efficient wood burner with a plentiful stock of firewood.
Hot water, electricity, bedding, bedlinen & towels for indoor use – beds made up.
A hairdryer is provided.
A washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board are at your disposal.
WIFI, SMART TV, USB sockets for charging.
Household basics are provided for your use including, hand wash, shower gel, toilet paper, kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee machine filters.
We provide bikes at your disposal – there are also local bike hire services for more specialist requirements.
Ample indoor secure bike storage should you wish to bring your own – sockets for electric bike charging.
Not included: Tourist tax will be added at 1€ per person over 18 per night.
We are happy to arrange pre-arrival shopping (cost plus 20€).
A generous fresh locally sourced continental breakfast may be booked for delivery to the apartment at 12€ per person.
